Free and guaranteed returns

At icnoderm.it, you can always change your mind: purchase your products, and once you receive them at home and before unpacking/using them, if there is something you don't like or if you simply change your mind, return them free of charge: you will receive a refund for the items you purchased using the same payment method you chose for the purchase in no time.

You have up to 14 days from the date you physically received your order at home to change your mind.

How to make a return

Shop at icnoderm.it and if you don't like something or have changed your mind, return it free of charge.

In just a few clicks, you can return all or part of your order:

• Fill in the Return Form;
• For returns, you must use only the courier indicated by the Seller, who will arrive directly at the address you indicated on the Online Return Form. Icnoderm Srl will bear the cost of returning the items from your address to our warehouse in Pula (CA);
• The refund will be made very quickly, within 30 days (for orders purchased by credit card, prepaid card and PayPal).
• Please note that returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment.
• If you decide to return an order previously purchased with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Remember that you have up to 14 days from the delivery of your order to change your mind and submit your return request.
