On icnoderm.it you can always change your mind: buy your products, when received at home and before open / use them if there is anything you do not like or if you have simply changed your mind, return them for free: receive a refund the items you bought in the same mode of payment for the purchase in no time.
You have up to 14 days since you physically received the order to your house to change his mind.

In a few clicks, you can return all or part of your order:
- Fill out the Return Form;
- For the return you will have to serve only the courier indicated by the Vendor, which will come directly to the address you indicated in the Return Form Online. Icnoderm Srl shall bear the cost of return from your address to our warehouse of Pula (CA);
- The refund will be made in no time, no later than 30 days (for orders purchased by credit card, PayPal and prepaid).
- Remember that the products must be returned to the Seller in a single shipment.
- If you decide to make an order previously bought with cash, the refund will be made through bank transfer.
